The City’s Land Development Regulations (LDR) implement the comprehensive plan as pursuant to F.S. Ch. 163 for the protection and promotion of the safety, health, appearance, and general welfare of the city and its inhabitants.
Major Thoroughfare Guidelines
The City’s Major Thoroughfare Design Guidelines are additional developmental regulations applicable to the City’s seven major thoroughfares, which are adopted by reference in the LDR.
