Foreclosed, Vacant and Unimproved Property Registration
The City of Lake Worth Beach adopted a Foreclosed, Vacant and Unimproved Property Registration Program more than 10 years ago, which is now administered and managed by the City. Properties that require registration are being identified by determining whether or not it is vacant, is unimproved, has no active utility account or is in or has been declared to be in default or mortgage foreclosure.
If property falls into any of these categories, property owners are required to register the property with the City.
Registration applications are available through the City’s website or at 1900 2nd Avenue N, Lake Worth Beach, Florida 33461. All completed forms, together with payment, should be submitted to 1900 2nd Avenue N, Lake Worth Beach, Florida 33461.
