General Project Description: Major Site Plan request for the

construction of a ±88,019 square foot warehouse at 2209 7th Avenue

North. Conditional Use Permit request for the establishment of a

high-intensity cold storage use at 2209 7th Avenue North.

Sustainable Bonus Incentive Program request for the freezer portion

of the building height.
