The City of Lake Worth Beach is not affiliated with or endorsed by the School Board of Palm Beach County or North Grade K-8 and the events/activities hosted by the City of Lake Worth Beach on North Grade K-8's premises pursuant to a lease agreement shall not be construed as being conducted, funded, hosted, or sponsored by the School Board or North Grade K-8 on behalf of the City of Lake Worth Beach. The School Board and North Grade K-8 undertake no responsibility for supervising or monitoring the City of Lake Worth Beach’s events/activities and will not be liable for any and all actions of the City of Lake Worth Beach on North Grade K-8’s premises.
