This courtesy notice is being provided to all property owners within 400 feet of the following properties:

In accordance with the City’s Land Development Code (Section 23.2-19.1), notice is required to be provided to all persons who, according to the most recent tax rolls, own property within four hundred (400) feet of a property proposed for development, as well as to any neighborhood association whose boundaries include the proposed project. The affected properties within the 400-foot radius are indicated on the included map, obtained from the Palm Beach County Property Appraiser.
A neighborhood meeting will be held on the date and time noted below to discuss the proposed K Street Parking Garage project that is being proposed on the parcels described above, and to obtain input from attendees.

Date: Monday, April 13, 2026
Time: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The meeting will also be accessible via Zoom and recorded to be made available for the general public.
The proposed project consists of a City-owned parking garage on K Street, along with accommodations to relocate two historic City-owned buildings onto the subject property.
