Lake Worth Beach Commissioner Mimi May Selected for Leadership Palm Beach County’s Engage Class of 2026
LAKE WORTH BEACH, Florida — The City of Lake Worth Beach is proud to announce that City Commissioner Mimi May has been selected as a member of the highly competitive Leadership Palm Beach County (LPBC) Engage Class of 2026. Commissioner May joins a distinguished cohort of 57 professionals recognized for their commitment to leadership and civic engagement across Palm Beach County.
Presented by iTHINK Financial, the Leadership Engage Program is LPBC’s flagship initiative—a transformative 10-month experience that unites dynamic leaders from diverse industries and backgrounds. Participants will explore critical community topics such as education, healthcare, public safety, and agriculture, while collaborating on Engage Forward projects designed to benefit local nonprofits and address regional challenges.

Leadership Engage runs from September 2025 through May 2026, with monthly sessions and collaborative projects that culminate in tangible outcomes for the community.
