City of Lake Worth Beach Now Offers Online Bill Pay for Building Permits
LAKE WORTH BEACH, Florida – The City of Lake Worth Beach is pleased to announce a new online payment option for building permits, providing greater convenience and efficiency for residents, contractors, and property owners.
Online bill pay for building permits is now available through the City’s Permit Search menu on the Building Permits webpage (https://lakeworthbeachfl.gov/planning-and-zoning/building-permits). This new feature allows users to securely pay permit application fees from the comfort of their home or office, reducing the need for in-person visits.
To make an online payment, customers can navigate to the Permit Search screen and select the “Select Permit” option. They will then enter their search criteria, such as the application number or property address. Once the permit information appears, users can click on “Application Fees” in the left-hand menu to proceed with payment.
At this time, online payments are available only for building permits. Customers will incur a 2.65% convenience fee for credit card transactions and a $1.25 fee for e-checks.
An informational guide is also available on the Permit Search screen to assist users through the process.
This new online service is part of the City’s ongoing commitment to improving access to services and streamlining operations for the community.
