How It Works
How the contest works
The Annual Halloween Yard Decorating Contest is open to eligible homes in the 33460 and 33461 zip codes. Register your home online, choose one of this year’s four categories, and decorate your yard to match.
Key dates:
Registration — October 19th. Sign up your home online through Lake Worth Beach Connect.
Judging — October 26th. Judges tour the neighborhoods in the evening, when it starts getting dark, so make sure your display is lit up.
Winners announced — October 30th. Winners are announced at the Little Scream event.

Haunted Harvest
Step into a glowing autumn wonderland where magic stirs between the vines. Create an eerie pumpkin patch filled with towering gourds, flickering jack-o’-lanterns, and spook surprises.
Monster Mash
Unleash the classic horror icons with a frightfully fun display in which you can feature vampires, werewolves, Frankenstein’s monster and other traditional monsters.
Scary Skeletons
Make those old bones rattle in your garden doing the spookiest of deeds. Create a symphony of skeletons in all sorts of rattling activities.
Most Creative
Let your imagination run wild and showcase the most unique and imaginative Halloween decorations that will awe and inspire.
