Resident Beach Parking Discount Rate Program
The City of Lake Worth Beach Parking Division invites all City of Lake Worth Beach residents to register online for our Resident Parking discount Rate Program. This program is designed to provide a special discount rate for neighbors while parking in City beach parking lots using Park Mobile. The discount rate does not apply when paying at a parking meter. No in-person or mail-in applications will be accepted.

Please note upon approval of application the Resident Discount Rate will be enabled for your license plate(s) within four to five business days in your Parkmobile app. If additional information is needed, we will contact you directly.
All online applications must include the following documents (.PDF, .JPG, or .PNG):
Copy of your driver’s license
Copy of your vehicle registration.
Proof of CLW Utility bill with Applicant’s Name or Landlords’/ Management Co. Notarized letter verifying residency.
After you apply online:
Please allow time for processing. The Parking Services team will review your application to activate your special resident rate.
You will be contacted if any additional information is needed to confirm your residency.

Once your application is approved, you’ll automatically receive the resident discount rate when you use Park Mobile to pay for parking for an approved vehicle.
To receive the special resident discount rate, all residents must reapply and submit proof of residency every year from the date of their initial application.
The applicant's name shall appear on the required documentation.
Parking Zones and Hourly Rates are only available at the Park Mobile zones below.
Zone 4702 and 4704 – Beach Parking Lots
Parking Rates:
Weekday $3.50
Weekend $4.00
Lake Worth Beach Residents are eligible for a 20% discount.
