Dear Neighbor,

You are invited to attend an in person public neighborhood meeting to learn more about a proposed planned development for multi-family residential affordable housing to be constructed south of 6th Avenue South, on the east and west sides of South H Street and a community park at the southeast corner of South H Street and 7th Avenue South. The property has a land use designation of Mixed Use – East and is zoned Mixed Use – Dixie Highway.

This meeting is being held in compliance with the City’s Land Development Regulations. The purpose is to provide nearby residents and property owners with information and an opportunity to ask questions about the proposed project.
