Lake Worth Beach, FL — In response to COVID-19 the City of Lake Worth Beach has taken the precautionary action to close the City Hall Annex Building to the public at 5pm today, until further notice. The Customer Service Division, housed in the City Hall Annex Building, is prepared and committed to continue serving customer needs during this developing situation even without face-to-face contact

START & STOP & CHANGE SERVICE – All requests previously taken care of by visiting the City Hall Annex in person can now be done via email.  Customers can scan (or take a picture) and email their lease and photo identification along with a signed application (available on our website under Start&Stop Service) to the following email address: Customer_Service@LakeWorthBeachFL.gov

PAYMENTS – All utility payments can be made by visiting the City payment portal page: www.LakeWorthBeachFL.gov/pay or by using the Automated Pay-by-Phone system: 833-336-0993 available 24/7 (account number is required).

CALL CENTER – The Customer Service call center is available 24/7 by calling 561-533-7300

CASH PAYMENTS – Can be made at any CVS, 7-Eleven or Family Dollar by showing a Lake Worth Beach Utility account specific barcode to the cashier.  Customers can print or download their barcode by going to www.PayNearMe.com/LakeWorthBeach (a customer account number is required). 

The City urges the public to monitor the City Website (www.lakeworthbeachfl.gov) for up-to-date information. In addition the public should follow the City’s Social Media channels for further information.

The Florida Department of Health has established a dedicated Coronavirus (COVID­19) call center (1-866-779-6121) for the public to call 24 hours a day. In addition, the public can email COVID19@flhealth.gov for information .
