The Planning and Zoning division is responsible for long range planning, regional planning, development review, and engaging the community to develop various studies, such as neighborhood plans. We serve the community by providing information and updates on the latest projects.

Design guidelines are a set of design parameters and recommendations for development, which apply within a district or area of specific interest.
These regulations are enacted pursuant to the requirements and authority of the city’s home rule powers under the Florida Constitution and F.S. Ch. 166, Florida Statutes
